Procedural Sedation

Initiation: administer at 0.5 – 1 mcg/kg/hr (0.13 – 0.25 ml/kg/hr)

Maintenance: administer at 0.2 – 1 mcg/kg/hr (0.05 – 0.25 ml/kg/hr)
