Administer over 2 hr at a rate of 25 mg/hr (1) or over 15 – 20 min Continuous

For other than Zollinger-Ellison syndrome: Administer at 6.25 mg/hr for 24 hr For Zollinger-Ellison syndrome: Start infusion at 1 mg/kg/hr
