Reconstitute with 10 ml of WFI (Concentration: 10 mg/ml)

Dilute the reconstituted solution with diluent to obtain a total infusion volume of 250 ml (Concentration: 0.4 – 4 mg/ml)

Remarks

The solution is colourless to light yellow and opalescent

The solution may develop a few fine translucent particles, as infliximab is a protein

Do not use if opaque particles, discoloration, or other foreign particles

Do not infuse in same IV line as other agents

Use an infusion set with an in-line filter, with pore size of 1.2 micrometer or less
