Induction of anaesthesia: Administer 0.15 – 0.2 mg/kg (10 – 15 mg) at a rate of 2.5 mg/10 sec or 5 – 30 sec bolus Slow IV Administer over 2 – 5 min . Wait an additional ≥ 2min to fully evaluate the sedation effect

IV infusion

IV sedation in ICU: Administer at 0.03 – 0.2 mg/kg/hr
