Dilute reconstituted solution (100 mg) with 100 ml diluent to a final infusion volume of 130 ml (concentration 0.77 mg/ml)

Administration & Infusion rate

IV infusion

100 mg: administer over minimum of 90 min

200 mg: administer over minimum of 180 min

Rate of infusion should not exceed 1.1 mg/min [1,2,3] (1.4 ml/min or 84 ml/hr)
