plural effusion
patients may have plural effusion on coming dialysis treatment or develop after therapy
usualy it have no symptoms when it is small
when the pleura get inflamed it cause chest pain
when pulmonary mechanics affected it resulted in nonproductive cough
in large effusions it cause dyspnea
it can be diagnosed by routine chest x ray
management is by tapping and intensive effective dialysis
