Treatment of leprosy

DOSE IN NORMAL RENAL FUNCTION

Multibacillary leprosy: 300 mg once monthly (supervised) or 50 mg daily or 100 mg alternate days (unsupervised)Lepromatous lepra reactions: 300 mg daily
