Ingredients:
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 eggs
Salt and black pepper to the taste
¾ cup panko bread crumbs
¾ cup coconut, shredded
Cooking spray
8 chicken tenders

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix eggs with salt, pepper and garlic powder and whisk well.
  2. In another bowl, mix coconut with panko and stir well.
  3. Dip chicken tenders in eggs mix and then coat in coconut one well.
  4. Spray chicken bites with cooking spray, place them in your air fryer’s basket and cook them at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
  5. Arrange them on a platter and serve as an appetizer.
