Reconstitution

Reconstitute with 5.3 ml of diluent to achieve a concentration of 10 mg/ml

Further Dilution

Withdraw 5 ml of reconstituted solution and dilute with 100 ml diluent Final concentration should not exceed 1 mg/ml

NS, D5, lactated Ringer’s solution

Not to be given with Amphotericin B, Chlorpromazine, Diazepam, Esomeprazole, Omeprazole, Methylprednisolone or Voriconazole simultaneously. Reconstituted solution must be transferred and further diluted for
