Copies eight raw fields fromptdatacomplete into study_vintage.
No calculated fields — the source of truth for later analyses.

study_vintage — deletes every existing row from the study table.
ptdatacomplete is never modified.

INSERT the 8 raw fields —
ptname, sex, place, dx, state, DOB, SOT, EOT — copied as-is.
No transformations, no calculations. Rows with an empty ptname are skipped.

All later queries run against
study_vintage.
When you decide which calculated fields you need (vintage, age, buckets, censoring), they will be added here in a future version — one place, one rebuild.
