1 INDICATIONS AND USAGE POKONZA ® (Potassium Chloride Oral Solution, USP) is indicated for the treatment and prophylaxis of hypokalemia with or without metabolic alkalosis, in patients for whom dietary management with potassium-rich foods or diuretic dose reduction are insufficient.
