{"id":528,"date":"2025-03-23T19:30:58","date_gmt":"2025-03-23T19:30:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kidneydiseaseclinic.net\/lina\/?p=528"},"modified":"2025-03-23T19:32:10","modified_gmt":"2025-03-23T19:32:10","slug":"pizza-huts-thin-n-crispy-crust","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kidneydiseaseclinic.net\/lina\/pizza-huts-thin-n-crispy-crust\/","title":{"rendered":"PIZZA HUT&#8217;S Thin &#8216;N Crispy Crust"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The crust for this Pizza Hut classic has to be made ahead of time, and is easily enough for at least two 16-inch pizzas, or more depending on how thin you roll the dough.<br><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cups water<br>1\/2 teaspoon yeast (proofed in water) 4 cups flour<br>3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil<br>1 1\/2 cup cake flour<br>2 teaspoons salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong>:<br>Combine all ingredients in a mixer and knead for 10 minutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place in large bowl and cover with plastic wrap. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allow to ferment as long as possible (12-24 hours). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Punch down dough now and then when you get the chance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat oven to 550 degrees F. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roll the dough as thin as desired. (roll, flour and flip, until you end up with a shape equal to 90% the size of your pan as it will stretch when you transfer the dough.
