IMPORTANT DRUG INTERACTIONS
Potentially hazardous interactions with other drugs
Antibacterials: metabolism inhibited by erythromycin and quinupristin/ dalfopristin; concentration significantly reduced by rifampicin
Antipsychotics: enhanced sedative effects
Antivirals: concentration possibly increased by ritonavir
