  • Antidepressants: risk of CNS toxicity with MAOIs and linezolid \u2013 avoid for 2 weeks after discontinuation of MAOI; possibly increased serotonergic effects with duloxetine; increased serotonergic effects with St John\u2019s wort \u2013 avoid concomitant use\n
  • Ergot alkaloids: increased risk of vasospasm \u2013 avoid concomitant use
    Propranolol: rizatriptan levels increased, reduce dose of rizatriptan to 5 mg (max 10 mg in 24 hours)
