DOSE IN NORMAL RENAL FUNCTION <\/H3>Motion sickness: Oral: 300 mcg 30 minutes before start \u2014of journey then 300 mcg every 6 hours if required; maximum 3 doses in 24 hoursTopical: 1 patch 5\u20136 hours before \u2014journey, replace after 72 hoursPremedication (SC\/IM): 200\u2013600 mcg 30\u201360 minutes before anaesthesiaSC Infusions: Excessive secretions (patch can also be used for this indication): 0.6\u20132.4 mg over 24 hoursBowel colic: 20\u201360 mg over 24 hours
