    Potentially hazardous interactions with other drugs<\/li>\n

  • Anaesthetics: enhanced hypotensive effect<\/li>\n
  • Analgesics: increased risk of convulsions with tramadol; enhanced hypotensive and sedative effects with opioids<\/li>\n
  • Antidepressants: concentration increased by fluoxetine; concentration of tricyclics possibly increased<\/li>\n
  • Anti-epileptics: antagonism, as convulsive threshold lowered<\/li>\n
  • Antimalarials: avoid concomitant use with artemether\/lumefantrine<\/li>\n
  • Antivirals: concentration possibly increased by ritonavir Anxiolytics and hypnotics: enhanced sedative effects; concentration increased by diazepam<\/li>\n
  • Sibutramine: increased risk of CNS toxicity \u2013 avoid concomitant use
