  • Antidepressants: anticonvulsant effect antagonised, convulsive threshold lowered<\/li>\n
  • Anti-epileptics: concentration of phenytoin and possibly phenobarbital and primidone reduced<\/li>\n
  • Antimalarials: mefloquine antagonises anticonvulsant effect; chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine occasionally reduce convulsive threshold
