    IMPORTANT DRUG INTERACTIONS<\/h3>\n

    Potentially hazardous interactions with other drugs Alpha-blockers: enhanced hypotensive effect \u2013 avoid for 6 hours after alpha- blockers (max dose 5 mg)<\/li>\n

  • Antifungals: concentration increased by ketoconazole, and itraconazole \u2013 avoid concomitant use<\/li>\n
  • Antivirals: concentration increased by amprenavir, indinavir, ritonavir, saquinavir \u2013 avoid with indinavir and ritonavir; reduce initial dose with saquinavir<\/li>\n
  • Grapefruit juice: concentration possibly increased \u2013 avoid concomitant use Nicorandil: possibly enhanced hypotensive effect \u2013 avoid concomitant use<\/li>\n
